Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce load impedance in a drive circuit and intend a low-cost simple structure of a circuit section by increasing the permeability of a magnetic circuit. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic torsion substance 12 is adhered to the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 4 of a mainframe 1 in which a fluid guide hole reaching a partition wall 5 is made. Two pickup coils 13, 14 are provided on the outer periphery of the magnetic torsion substance 12 so as to sandwich the partition wall 5 and three-separated bobbins 15, 16, 17 are provided to support the pickup coils 13, 14 held therebetween. Yokes 18 are provided on the outer peripheries of the pickup coils 13, 14 and the bobbins 15, 16, 17. A circuit is provided which has electric output with an inductance difference between the pickup coils 13, 14. The bobbins 15, 16, 17 are formed by magnetic material to increase the permeability of a magnetic circuit. COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
