#### Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce circuit scale and to widen a dynamic range by composing the compensating circuit of two positive load parts coupled by current mirror circuits.
CONSTITUTION: The compensating circuit is composed of positive load parts 3 and 4 which are coupled to the power source sides of the respective differential pairs of differential paired amplifiers 1 by current mirror circuits 5 and 6 and coupled by a current mirror circuit 2 each other. When a sine wave, which average value is not zero, is inputted to one of the differential pairs of the differential paired amplifiers 1, the average value of outputs is calculated at the positive load parts 3 and 4, and the average value is negatively fed back to the other differential pair of the differential paired amplifiers 1. Namely, since the compensating circuit is composed of the positive load parts 3 and 4, the circuit scale is reduced and no current source is provided, the dynamic range is widened from the ground to almost the power supply voltage.
